The work, and how we measure it

We keep client names private unless they ask to be named. Here's the kind of work we do, and how every client sees what it produced.

What we do for clients

  • Websites and domains

New websites, rebuilds and rescues of sites left behind by a previous designer, with domains recovered and put in the owner's name.

  • Ongoing website care

Hosting, updates, backups and the weekly edits that keep information current.

  • Content and graphics

Weekly blog articles, service pages and the graphics that go with them.

  • Social media

Regular Facebook and Instagram posts built from the same articles and news, approved by the owner first.

  • Google and Bing listings

Profiles set up, corrected and kept up, with search reporting connected from day one.

How results are reported

Every client has a Bridge workspace that shows their search appearances, clicks, Google listing calls and directions, website visits and social reach, updated daily and compared with the period before. When we talk about results, we use those numbers, with their dates, and we don't claim credit for things marketing can't explain on its own, like seasons or a competitor closing.
