Google Business Profile management. Part of step 1: Be found

Your Google listing is your new front door

For a lot of customers, your Google Business Profile is the first and only thing they see before they call. It shows your hours, your reviews, your photos and a button to ring you. Keeping it right is some of the most valuable marketing a local business can do.

Good fit for: Any business that serves customers in person or at their location.

The profile is free, and it's yours

Google Business Profile costs nothing. If anyone ever charges you for "the listing" itself, that's a red flag. What we charge for is our time keeping it accurate, active and connected to the rest of your marketing. You stay the owner; we're added as a manager, so we never need your Google password, and you can remove us at any time. Google explains your rights in its notice on working with a third party, which we link from every page of this site.

What we keep up

  • Business name exactly as it appears on your sign, with no extra keywords (Google's rules)
  • Primary and secondary categories that match what you do
  • Services, service area, hours and holiday hours
  • Fresh photos of your work, your team and your place
  • Regular posts about offers, events and new work
  • Prompt, human replies to reviews, good and bad
  • Questions people ask on the listing, answered

Every change, reported

When we change something on your profile through Bridge, you get an email about it, and Bridge shows what was sent and when. Google's policy for companies that manage profiles requires notice within 48 hours; we just make it automatic.

How you'll see the results

Bridge shows taps to call, direction requests, website clicks and how many people saw your listing on Google search and Maps, on phones and computers. See what Bridge shows.

Questions people ask

My profile was suspended. Can you help?

Often. Most suspensions come from a name, address or category that doesn't match Google's guidelines. We'll review it, fix what's wrong and help you file the reinstatement request.

Can you remove bad reviews?

Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks Google's policies (fake, off-topic, hateful). We can flag those. For honest negative reviews, a calm, helpful reply does more good than removal would.

I don't have a storefront. Can I still have a profile?

Yes, as a service-area business that hides its address and lists the areas it serves, as long as you meet customers in person.
