Good fit for: Businesses with happy customers and too few reviews to show it.
Ask everyone, the same way
The rules are clear. Google prohibits paying for reviews, offering discounts for them, or only asking customers you think are happy (called review gating). Since October 2024 the FTC can fine businesses for fake or bought reviews too. The fair approach also works best: ask every customer, once, at a natural moment, with a direct link.
- A short text or email template in your voice, sent after each job or sale
- Printed cards or counter signs with a QR code to your review page
- Staff trained to ask once and accept a no
Reply to every review
Replies show future customers how you treat people. We draft replies that thank people specifically, and for unhappy reviews, acknowledge the problem without arguing or sharing private details, and offer a way to make it right.
How you'll see the results
We track new reviews, your average rating and reply time each month, and note any themes customers keep raising. See what Bridge shows.
Questions people ask
Do you write reviews?
Never. Every review has to come from a real customer's real experience.
Can we offer a discount for leaving a review?
No. Google and the FTC both forbid incentives for reviews, even for "honest" ones.
